My name is Leu-Shauna and I met Gabby's mom at Explore Charter School.  I'm 16 years old now and attend Brooklyn High School of The Arts. 

My goal is: To live a life where I am happy and fulfilled, and not having to worry about what the next step will be.

 My name is Danielle and I am the eldest daughter of Felicia Gomes-Gregory and I have been a proud HHA Ambassador 

since 2017.   

I am 19 years old now and will be entering my sophomore year at Cornell University in the animal sciences program.  

Job: This summer I am an intern at Sutton Animal Hospital in New York City

 Goal: My professional goal is to practice veterinary medicine and become a  veterinarian in my hometown.

 My name is Gabby and I am the youngest daughter of Felicia Gomes-Gregory and I have been an HHA Ambassador since 2017. 

I'm 16 years old now and will heading into the 11th grade at Manhattan Village Academy. I have always loved math and science, like work that is challenging to the mind, and in my past time, enjoy dance, modeling and reading romance novels.  

Job:  This summer I was accepted in the  2021 Summer Health Internship Program (SHIP) for students that want exposure to real life doctors in various medical fields. 

 
Goal: My professional goal is to pursue a career in medicine by becoming a neurologist.   
 

My name is Jaden and I met 'auntie' Felicia thru my mom because they were next door "sisters" since me and my twin sister, Sage, were born.  I am 20 years old now and will be a junior at Howard University in the upper division of my nursing program.
 

Job: I’m a research and project assistant at Howard University Hospital Pediatrics Department. I help plan annual events like the International Conference on Stigma and the Roland B Scott Symposium for sickle cell. I am also working under Dr. Sohail Rana, MD on a project relating to the effects of marijuana on sickle cell patients between the ages of 14-30.
 

Goal: My professional goal is to become a nurse practitioner and use my background in social justice and advocacy to promote better health outcomes for people of color.
 

Favorite book: The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

  My name is Rhea and I met 'auntie' Felicia thru my mom because they are "sisters in faith" at St. Francis of Assisi - St. Blaise and I have known her since I was born.  I have grown up with Danny and Gabby from day one and she is also my Godmom.

I am 18 years old now and recent graduate Class of 2021 at Brooklyn High School of The Arts. I am a budding entrepreneur starting my own clothing line.  Other interests are styling hair, part-time make up artist and love modeling.  

My goal is: To attend college in New York this fall and ultimately pursue a career in criminal law in the future.
